Payments on this website are accepted only for the following:
No payment made through this website constitutes an investment, deposit, capital contribution, or participation in any financial venture. The Circle does not accept investment monies through this website or its payment gateway.
Membership is by consideration only. Payment of the consideration fee does not guarantee admission. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and subject to the Circle's house rules communicated upon acceptance. The Circle reserves the right of admission and the right to suspend or withdraw membership for breach of these Terms or of house conduct standards.
Event admissions are subject to the specific terms published for each event, including age restrictions, venue rules, and safety requirements. Entry may be refused for breach of venue or conduct rules without refund. Events may be rescheduled or cancelled; in such cases the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
Where the Circle provides travel and visa documentation assistance, such services are facilitative only. The grant or refusal of any visa rests solely with the respective consulate, embassy, or authority. The Circle does not promise, warrant, or guarantee any visa outcome, and fees for facilitation services are charged for the service rendered, not the outcome.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice is issued for every payment to the email address provided at checkout.
Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment gateways. The Circle does not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce the Circle's content, marks, or materials without written permission. All content on this website is the property of the Circle or its licensors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Circle's aggregate liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. The Circle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
