Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consideration / Application Fee

The consideration fee of ₹999 covers the review of your request and is non-refundable, whether or not membership is offered. This is stated clearly before payment.

2. Membership Fees

• Cancellation within 7 days of first payment and before any membership privilege has been used: full refund of the membership fee.
• After privileges have been used, or after 7 days: membership fees are non-refundable for the current term.
• If the Circle withdraws membership for reasons other than member misconduct, the unused portion of the term is refunded on a pro-rata basis.

3. Event Admissions

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except as below.
• Event cancelled by the Circle: full refund of the ticket price, processed automatically.
• Event rescheduled: tickets remain valid for the new date; ticket holders unable to attend may request a full refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement.
• Refusal of entry for breach of venue or conduct rules does not qualify for a refund.

4. Lifestyle Services (REPIUM)

• Appointments and service bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, are chargeable in full.
• Travel assistance service fees are charged for the facilitation service itself and are non-refundable once documentation work has commenced. Government, consular, airline, and third-party charges are governed by those parties' own rules and are outside the Circle's control.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment gateway within 5–10 working days of approval. The exact credit time depends on your bank or card issuer. A confirmation is emailed when the refund is initiated.

6. How to Request a Refund

Write to desk@thenoircircle.com with your payment reference, date of payment, and reason. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 7 working days.
